All Our Cables are hand made and tailored for you at San Francisco, California. Shipping & Handling is calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are based on weight of package and your location. Do keep in mind shipping prices can be subject to change without notice.
Just Cables is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Just Cables is not responsible for reaching out to the customer, nor pay the additional charges to re-ship the package.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We strive to provide the highest quality of custom made cables. If any of your cables come dead on arrival or was damaged in any way due to shipping & handling please contact us at JustxCables@gmail.com.
Any damages caused towards the cable that is liable by the customer voids the Return & Refund Policy. All shipping fees are liable by the customer. If you send the custom cable back to us, please have the aviator connectors (detachables) detached to prevent further damage during shipment.
